The Department of Public Health Dentistry conducted a Virtual Online Health Education about Corona and Oral Health for the children aged 09-12 years (6^th Std) on 1/09/2021 and 2/09/2021 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM in an online app. This was organized in association with the JSS Sri Manjunatheshwara Central School, Hubli.

The Program was inaugurated by Dr. Balaram Naik, Principal, SDMCDS, and the Dental team consisted of the faculty Dr. Shodan M. and Post graduate students Dr. Ashwini, Dr. Zeba,  Dr. Taruni and Dr. Sreeparvathy from the department of Public Health Dentistry.

The Virtual Online Health Education started with a Heath talk about Corona and its prevention, followed by Oral Health Education and an interactive session with the children in coordination with respective class teacher, Ms. Neelam and the Principal Mrs. Rajani Patil.
