The Department of Public Health Dentistry conducted an Oral Health Education, Screening, and Treatment Camp at Haveri on June 21, 2024.

Key Activities:

• Oral Health Screening: Conducted oral health screenings for a total of 189 people.
• Treatment Provided: Performed dental treatments, including cleaning, fillings, and extractions, for 57 people.
• Referrals: Patients requiring further treatment were referred to SDM College of Dental Sciences and Hospital (SDMCDSH) through referral cards.

Impact:

This camp aimed to improve oral health awareness, provide essential dental treatments, and ensure follow-up care for those needing additional dental services.
