Karnataka Rajyotsava was celebrated with great enthusiasm from 17th to 22nd November 2025 at SDM College of Dental Sciences & Hospital, Dharwad. The week began with a series of off-stage competitions for faculty and students, including essay writing, poetry writing, sketching, dumb charades, and more, all reflecting the cultural vibrancy of Karnataka.

Valedictory Function

The valedictory ceremony was held on 22nd November at the Hamsadhwani Auditorium, graced by:

• Dr. Niranjan Kumar, Vice Chancellor

• Smt. Padmalata Niranjan, Executive Director & Member, Board of Governors

• Dr. Balram Naik, Principal

The event commenced with an invocation song followed by a graceful welcome dance.
Dr. Balram Naik, Principal, welcomed the gathering, after which the dignitaries were felicitated.

Vice Chancellor Dr. Niranjan Kumar addressed the audience with his insightful message.
Smt. Padmalata Niranjan captivated the gathering with a melodious musical presentation.

The Vote of Thanks was delivered by Dr. Anusha G. Hegde, Cultural Secretary.
