On the occasion of International Women’s Day, the Department of Oral Medicine & Radiology, in association with Spandana, Alumni Association, SDM College of Dental Sciences and Hospital, conducted a workshop on “The Need for Self-Defence Techniques for Doctors” on March 4, 2025.

The session was led by Dr. Rahul Tonse Ganesh, Assistant District Commissioner – Bharat Scouts and Guides, Mangalore North. The workshop was a grand success, with enthusiastic participation from faculty and students, equipping them with essential self-defence skills.
