The Department of Public Health Dentistry at SDM College of Dental Sciences & Hospital conducted an Oral Screening and Health Education Camp at UFlex Limited, Belur, Dharwad on 20th May 2025. The camp was organized in collaboration with the Rotary Club of Belur, Dharwad.

The dental team included:

• Dr. Waseemuddin Tirandaz

• Dr. Bhagya

• Postgraduate students and house surgeons from the department

A total of 87 individuals were screened for oral health issues. The team also delivered an oral health awareness talk to educate participants on the importance of maintaining good oral hygiene and preventive dental care.

This initiative reflects the department’s continued commitment to workplace oral health outreach and public education.
