The department of oral and maxillofacial surgery, SDM College of Dental sciences & Hospital, Dharwad made a significant academic contribution at 13TH Annual conference of AOMSI Karnataka state chapter, Belagavi, through active participation by its faculty and postgraduate students.

A significant highlight of the 13th Karnataka State Conference was its successful conduct under the presidency of Dr. Venkatesh Anehosur. Where he played a pivotal role in the meticulous planning and execution of the scientific programme and other conference activities. The inaugural ceremony was graced by Padma Shri Dr. Prabhakar Kore, while Dr. Venkatesh Anehosur delivered the presidential address.
