The Department of Public Health Dentistry organized an Oral Health Education and Screening Camp at the JSS Institute of Population and Economic Research, Vidyagiri, Dharwad, on 13th October 2025.

The dental team comprised Dr. Shodan M (Faculty), Postgraduate students, and House Surgeons from the department. A total of 25 individuals underwent oral health screening, followed by an oral health awareness talk delivered by Dr. Shodan M, emphasizing the importance of preventive oral care and healthy habits.

The camp reflected the department’s continued dedication to promoting oral health awareness and serving the community through outreach initiatives.
