The Department of Pediatric and Preventive Dentistry conducted an Oral Health Education, Screening, and Treatment Camp at Govt. High School, Veerapur, Dharwad, on March 4, 2025.

The dental team, led by Dr. Priya Meharwade, Assistant Professor, Department of Pediatric and Preventive Dentistry, along with postgraduate students and house surgeons, successfully screened 212 students and provided free treatment for 81 students.

During the camp, Dr. Priya Meharwade delivered a talk on oral health. Additionally, as part of an initiative to raise awareness about dental trauma among children, a Trauma Guideline Poster was presented to the school principal.
