The Department of Public Health Dentistry, SDM College of Dental Sciences & Hospital (SDMCDSH), organized an Oral Health Education and Screening Camp at the Government Higher Primary School No. 8, Gandhi Chowk, Dharwad, on 13th November 2024.

Camp Highlights:

• Oral Health Education: Dr. Priya provided oral health education to 98 students, highlighting the importance of maintaining oral hygiene.
• Oral Health Screening: Screening was conducted for all 98 students, with those needing further treatment being given referral cards to seek follow-up care at SDMCDSH.

This initiative aimed to increase awareness about oral health among students and ensure they receive the necessary care for optimal dental health.
