The Department of Public Health Dentistry, SDM College of Dental Sciences & Hospital (SDMCDSH), conducted an Oral Health Education and Screening Camp at Classic International ICSE School, Dharwad, on 15th November 2024.

• House Surgeons: Dr. Varshini, Dr. Arkaparva, and Dr. Ryan

Camp Highlights:

• School Oral Health Education: Dr. Priya provided oral health education to 200 students, emphasizing the importance of maintaining good oral hygiene.
• Oral Health Screening: The dental team conducted screening for all 200 students. Those requiring further dental treatment were provided with referral cards and directed to SDMCDSH for comprehensive care.

The camp aimed to promote awareness about oral health and ensure timely intervention for dental issues, contributing to the overall well-being of the students.
